TAI CHI for ARTHRITIS  at Roy B Culler Jr. Senior Center

 

Tai Chi for Arthritis helps people with arthritis improve muscular strength so as to protect joints and reduce pain.   It also increases flexibility to help reduce pain and stiffness.  It improves both physical and mental balance. Contact Center for times 336 883-3584

WATER EXERCISE at the Adam's Farm Pool

 

Water exercise utilizes both the resistance and buoyancy of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.  Besides which...it is FUN!
